We use a highly bio-available source of bovine collagen that is best stirred into cold-warm water or blended into smoothies or dairy-free beverages due to the Vitamin C content. Collagen is said to support radiant skin, thicker hair, stronger nails & healthier joints. We recommend taking approx 10g (2 scoops) daily for optimum results.

Collagen Powder

I have used collagen powder for joint support on and off for about 10 years. I initially used another brand which is alot dearer but discovered N but N a couple of years ago. I loved the Fab jar I got with my first order, I prefer the Lemon flavoured one, it tastes nicer and I usually add a touch of cordial to it. Whether it works is hard to know. It seems to help with joint pain and mobility and I'm still using it so that says something. Definitely N but N is the best people to buy from.

I have bought other collagen products that just taste awful - this natural collagen supplement is virtually tasteless, so can be mixed into your coffee, smoothies, or baking without knowing it is there !
BUT whichever way you use it - it works.
