    • Why should I take collagen?
    Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body. It plays a role in forming your bones, skin and other connective tissues like cartilage and bone marrow cells! So it's kind of essential for you to maintain good collagen levels as we age. Unfortunately, when we get to the age of 25, our collagen production starts reducing, causing your skin to become less elastic & your joints to become weaker.

    I bought on the recommendation of a friend, I found it a bit gritty, need to find another way to consume it as I drink black coffee. Love the jar and that you can buy refills.

    So far so good

    Only just started using and pretty happy with the taste/results. I feel like I’m starting to notice a difference in my skin/cellulite. Already eat balanced and exercise regularly but some have some stubborn areas. Will definitely purchase again. Look forward to seeing the difference longer term and other overall improvements.

    Great product

    I went with lemon-lime flavour as I like the electrolytes that flavour and it tastes okay, but not as good as electrolytes. Next time I will probably buy plain flavour and add to smoothies or to my electrolytes.
    I am really impressed at how easily it dissolves and the product content has been great. It's really affordable when I compared to other brands. Winner for me.

    Blends great and totally tasteless

    This mixes beautifully into my morning coffee or yoghurt. I just use one scoop per drink or meal so need two coffees to get the full dose (double the coffee = double the happy). It blends beautifully and it’s totally tasteless and textureless in a way that protein powder isn’t. It’s too soon to see any results but as someone who’s had bariatric surgery, I really love that this is helping me get almost an extra 10g of protein a day in my life.
