Powdered Citrus Pectin- It's GOOD!

I purchased the powdered Citrus Pectin after scouring New Zealand for liquid pectin. I was concerned this product wouldn't do the job or that the conversion tables would be inaccurate or any number of things would go wrong as I am a novice canner.
My fears were for naught! This powdered pectin worked a treat. My Habanero Gold Jelly is the toast of the family and in great demand.
I am so pleased!
