Love Peanut Butter but not all the fat? Our premium powdered peanut butter is made from 100% roasted peanuts that have been pressed to remove most of the oil and then ground into a fine powder.  With most of the fat gone you're left with a whole lot of protein and fibre with a delicious peanut buttery taste!

Our premium peanut butter powder can be added to anything you'd like to add that peanutty taste to - smoothies, desserts, sprinkled over breakfast, sauces, meat seasonings, curries and more.

If you simply want to make low-fat peanut butter just mix approx 2 TBSP peanut butter powder with 1 TBSP water until a smooth, thick consistency forms.

Good for sauces

Makes a lovely peanut butter sauce for noodles. No point pretending it's as tasty as the real thing, but does give a better texture (not so gummy). I wouldn't trust it on toast, but for cooking it's highly recommended.

No it's not like normal PB but it's still what I crave.
Can make an amazing PB pudding with this stuff, whipped cottage cheese, almond milk, sweetener and a bit of sugar free instant pudding.

Tastes nice and peanut butter-y when added to yoghurt or smoothies, but without the oils and fat. Will be buying again.
