Our premium powdered peanut butter is made from 100% roasted peanuts that have been pressed to remove most of the oil and then ground into a fine powder.  With most of the fat gone you're left with a whole lot of protein and fibre with a delicious peanut buttery taste!

Our premium peanut butter powder can be added to anything you'd like to add that peanutty taste to - smoothies, desserts, sprinkled over breakfast, sauces, meat seasonings, curries and more.

If you simply want to make low-fat peanut butter just mix approx 2 TBSP peanut butter powder with 1 TBSP water until a smooth, thick consistency forms.

Peanut butter ice cream

I bought powdered peanut butter to make chocolate and peanut butter protein ice cream... Had a Brain fart and used vanilla protein powder instead... Was still great, so will now try to make chocolate and PN... And I think will be even better.

I knew it wasn't going to be sweet as there's no added sugar but I want expecting it to be so bitter! Not good by itself but works fine in baking.
