Easy, quick and economical way to make your own highly nutritious protein crackers.

Less than 2g carbohydrates & less than 1g sugars.

Packed with the goodness of high protein, high fibre lupin flour, sunflower seeds, flaxseed meal, pumpkin seeds, almonds, chia seeds, cashews & nutritional yeast.

May contain dairy.

  • How to use

    1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
    2. Place entire contents of cracker mix into a large mixing bowl and add 2 cups of water. Stir well and leave to activate for 10 minutes.
    3. Line a large oven tray with baking paper and lightly oil before spreading the cracker mixture evenly on the tray with hands or a spatula. The mixture can be scored with a knife into a grid to form even cracker shapes, or you can break it apart once cooked.
    4. Bake in oven for approximately 1 hour at 150°C. Remove from oven, turn crackers over on tray and unpeeled baking paper.
    5. Switch off oven and return crackers to oven. They can be left in the oven (turned off) for a further hour, depending on how crunchy you like them or how thick the crackers are.
    6. Break into crackers of desired size and store in an airtight container once cooked.

Had to try

I've been snacking alot so wanting to try something healthy new. To be honest and my apologies for saying this as I usually purchase from you. These were the worst things I have ever tastes, they were un eatable just something about them. They weren't expensive so it didn't break the bank, these and the pancake mix is a no go for me

Good - Practice will make perfect

First time user here, followed instructions. Crackers were yum! Did go soft after a day (even if in sealed container)
So in hindsight i would make 1/2 the mixture and make thinner crackers (as all the mixture on one backing tray makes it too thick and not as crunchy.

My go to snack

I make a whole batch and they are still good after a few weeks. You can make them as soft or crunchy as you like, great with hummus.

Protein Cracker Mix

I added Cumin to this and only made half the mixture - kept in in for some time to go crisp - really good
