Ingredients

80g Nothing Naughty Natural Fibre Syrup 

200g Nothing Naughty Keto Sweetener 

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions

Put the Keto Sweetener and Fibre Syrup in a large pot. Place it on low heat, stirring every few minutes.

Once the Keto Sweetener has fully melted into the Fibre Syrup, increase the heat to medium, stirring occasionally. It will begin to boil gently.

As soon as you notice a color change (even if slight), start stirring continuously. Aim for a super light golden color (it will taste burnt if you go beyond this point).

Once it’s lightly golden, remove the pot from the heat and sift in the baking soda, mixing it in thoroughly.

It will bubble and froth up, starting to set quite quickly. Pour the mixture straight into your lined baking tray and let it set at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Melt your favourite Keto Chocolate (Nothing Naughty Keto Chocolate Mix works well!) and pour it on top once the hokey pokey has set.

Place in the freezer until the chocolate has set, then enjoy!
